In order to request a medical report from Summerhill Medical Reporting, the instructing Solicitor will need to select us if they are presented with this choice by MedCo.

Case Management Systems

We use the state of the art Nephex MRO platform, which fully integrates with our other systems. We continue to be able to offer excellent case management. This allows us to provide the following to our Solicitor Clients:

– Live access to your cases and bespoke management information
Integration with your case management system to gain efficiencies for all parties

– Delivery of reports in 256-bit encryption

– Live expert validation against both MedCo and GMC registration

– Email integration ensuring that there is a full audit trail on the case

Panel Management

All of our experts are monitored to ensure that they provide reports and addenda within our agreed service level agreements.

Any new experts are vetted to ensure that they meet our strict criteria before joining the panel.

Without exception, the reports are all delivered directly into our case management system by experts using Nephex Medical.

Not only does Nephex Medical allow the experts to write their reports in a Ministry of Justice compliant format, it provides them with the opportunity to write verbose reports when required.

We are sure that you have lost count as to how many times you have sent an email to an agency who then claim to have not received it.

We provide one email address for you to contact us to send new instructions or any queries. This email goes directly into our case management system and therefore ensures that there is a full audit trail and it is actioned accordingly.

It does help us if you provide the case number in square brackets when sending an email.

Compliance

We are an authorised Tier 2 MedCo MRO. As such we ensure that we are fully compliant with all of the relevant qualifying criteria and ensure that we run the business within the spirit of MedCo.

We also ensure that our experts are compliance with the MedCo regulations.

We are registered as a Data Controller with the Information Commissioners Office.
